The SAMBER group organises an annual gymkhana for the children who have been learning to ride over the course of the academic year. This is a great opportunity for the children’s family, friends and teachers to come along and have a fun day out, whilst the children show off their new found riding skills. All the ponies are plaited up with their team’s colour, and the children compete for those all important rosettes and medals, with one school receiving the overall trophy. Family, friends and teachers are all welcome to cheer on their teams!
2023: Congratulations to the White Lodge (Yellow Team) for winning the Karen Chowney Trophy on 4th July 2023!
The Karen Chowney Trophy is awarded to the winning school each year.
