In 2024 SAMBER heard the fantastic news that we had been nominated as a charity to receive support from the Windlesham Pram Race!  We have volunteers (and probably riders too!) residing in Windlesham Parish so when the call came through, we were eager to help rustle up some locals to help marshal the event. 

The Pram Race has been running for nearly 60 years and is a fancy dress, charity fundraising event, seeing teams with their ‘prams’ running along the course through Windlesham Village every Boxing Day.

The Race was great fun and raised a huge amount of money for various local charities, including SAMBER.
